Elk Creek participates in a program designed to maintain affordable apartment homes for income qualified residents. We are located at 90 So. Rhodefer Rd, which is across the street from the Visitors Center on Washington Avenue. We are close to downtown Sequim, QFC, PUD, Taco Bell and many other local businesses and restaurants. Our community is the first its kind in the Sequim/Port Angeles area designed to fit the needs of individuals and families. Elk Creek Apartments offer one bedroom/1 bath (653 sq ft), two bedroom/2 bath w(969 sq ft), and three bedroom/2 bath (1106 sq ft) apartment homes which include a full-size/washer/dryer (for an additional $40.00 per month) Elk Creek also provides an optional trash pick-up service.
The landlord will not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report made available to the landlord by a consumer reporting agency. .
